Comedic Short Film
Make it Reel is a short film one of my best friends, Evan Carlson, wrote. If you have 20 minutes to spare, check this one out!
Apprentice Showcase
This was my final showcase at Tennessee Shakespeare Company, where I was an apprentice. My work in this film includes Two Monologues:
Trinculo from The Tempest: 9:14
Hamlet: 17:22
And a Stage Combat scene from Romeo and Juliet: 37:10
Teaching was, and still is, one of the hardest things I ever learned to do. I am constantly revsing my methods to give my students the best learning experience possible. Throughout people's lives, everyone is in a constant state of learning. I am a forever student. There's always more to learn, and I like to keep that curiosity in my life. I encourage my students to do the same.
I have three core values as an arts educator: the text is sacred, playing is sacred, and mistakes are sacred. Each of these beliefs are necessary to create an environment where students can truly learn theatre. By creating a space where students feel truly safe to make mistakes, they make more playful and fun choices while using the text to inform said choices.
Fill out this form and let me know what I can do for you!
I should get back to you within a day or so.
Hope to hear from you soon!
